What is Plain Language?
Plain Language is taking hard to understand words out of sentences and replacing them with easy to read and understand words. Related pictures are then added to the document.

Anyone can benefit from Plain Language.
People with low literacy levels, new comers to Canada, senior citizens, people with vision problems, people with brain injuries, people with disabilities and people who are just too busy to take the time to read lots of information.
