What is CASA Plain Language Society?
We are a not for profit society that is made up of a group of individuals with developmental disabilities that translate documents into plain language.
What kinds of documents will you translate?
We will translate any professional documents.
Some examples, of the documents our society wants to see available in plain language, include medical forms, bank statements, utility bills, government documents and community activity forms.
We require a minimum 3 days notice to translate documents. This will vary by document size and translators schedules.
